scene is a style, like preppy, punk, skater, things like that. someone who is "scene" might tease their hair, wear bright colors, and listen to hardcore music. at least thats how my close friend is....

It's honestly just a silly label that people have come up with in the past few years. It refers to people commonly with big poofy hair, simular to mullets but a bit more stylish with lots and lots of hairspray. Their hair can also have lots of bright colors in it, and their extensions colorful or with coon-tails. Lots and lots of facial makeup as well and names with alliteration like "Abigail Autopsy" or "Haylie Hilton", etc.
