What's a "wonderwall"?

Question

I'm not a native English speaker and..... well... I've know the song Wonderwall by Oasis for....forever and I never figured out what Wonderwall means.

Does anyone know what it means?

Do you mean the word "wonderwall" or the song lyric?  If it's the word:

George Harrison made an album with the same title while still a member of the Beatles.  It was a soundtrack to a movie of the same name.  In the movie, a man falls in love with the woman next door and drills holes in the wall that separates them so he can spy on her.  I guess that's the "wonderwall."

It's not in any dictionary as far as I can find.

It's just a word he used in the song.  It isn't anything, it's just a song lyric.

It is poetic so i do not  think it has a literal meaning the meaning derives from the author's intent
