Okay... well.... firstly eye crayon is the easiest to apply.

The eye pencil. Liquid eye liner is the most difficult. It takes a steady hand, and I always thing black liquid eyeliner looks weird if it's aplied in a shaky line, or messily. :P SO yeah, stick with eye crayon or pencil.

wet n wild have liquid eyeliner for 1$ in the drugstore, also you can buy maybelline pencil eyeliner that you can glide, its mechanical and you dont have to sharpen, just type in maybelline eyeliner in google and youll find it! =)

Mary Kay has really good eyeliner. I use it all the time. it smudges easily and it is not too dark.

I used the Lancome Le Stylo, it's a waterproof eye liner which is really soft and does not drag the skin, plus it is waterproof so great at all times! I use the shade Fumee but you can get many shades. Check http://www.beautyparlor.co.uk where you can get them for less than half price.

i get the maybelline new york line stylist in espresso. you can get it @ cvs but its is really great cuz its not liquid and its not a pencil (owch) so it goes on smooth and it really easy to apply

loreal teloscopic eyeliner is gr8 for me its the one with the gold cap and black bottle...i wasnt sure it u wanted a liquid eyliner or pencil.....but revlon colorstay is gr8 for pencil eyeliners !! :)
