What's a smaller band size and larger cup size from this bra size?

I wear a 30DDD but I need a smaller band, but same cup size. What would this be? (Please keep in mind I am ordering online so I can't just go in a store and try it on.)

Also, can someone suggest a good brand for me? I'm fitted at the 30 but most of the 30's I try on are too big in the band. Brands I've tried are Fantasie and Freya.

I would say a 28E - but it's a very tricky size. If you can find the time to go to a Bravissimo they should sort you out (they specialise in DD+ cup sizes).

Alternatively you could google them, as they have the brands you've mentioned plus many more.

the next size down would be a 28 but i don't know if the cup would change

all brands of bras are different i got measured the other day and my measurement's were a 26D but when trying on the bras a 28B fit me the best its all messed up they need to make the whole bra thing a bit simpler

If you are a 30DDD you should try a 32DD, both are really hard to find. i need a 30DD and it's next to impossible for me to find a bra. I usually end up wearing 34D and putting it on the tightest notch, once it stretches out any though it doesn't fit me anymore.

I don't know if you can find a 28E, i think that is what you are needing. If you find rare sizes like this let us know... the skinny people with big b***s are hurting for good bras that actually fit! Good luck!
