What's a super solution to clean camcorder heads ?

i can't find a cleaning tape !!! they told me to put whatever simple tape & press "play" & let it...& the head will be cleaned after a while !!!

i say : it doesn't make sense to clean the head with the same thing that got it dirty....what do u think ????

Head cleaning tape for camcorders has different "stuff" on it than the tape you would use to record digital video.

So... you are right, "it doesn't make sense to clean the head with the same thing that got it dirty"... but when you use a head cleaning tape, you are not using the same thing that got it dirty...
