What's an investor? I don't fully understand what they do or what it means or whatever..

I received an email from this lady, asking to buy my property (on sale) and what is she talking about? Is she someone who wants to purchase a house? Not a Realtor? or what?

I understand she's a investor, but what does she want? (That lady's post is the same lady who emailed me). Thanks.

Doesn't it seem strange to you that someone trying to short sell 3 properties (sell them for less than owed) wants to buy your property?  The fact that they are trying to short their current lender(s) is not a good sign.

She invests in real estate, do not answer that ad, could be a scam.
