  1. According to my son:

    Public school :: lectures

    Homeschool :: learning

    Public school :: dungeon

    Homeschool :: fun!

    He also wanted me to put in: "As a homeschooler, I'm not confined to the walls of a classroom - I have the whole world as my classroom, and I love learning from it."

    Hope that helps!

    John T - My son is perfectly happy to not fit into your limited little social structure, thanks very much.  You see, he understands that kids don't have to be seen as insolent little twits to have friends, as do the hundreds of kids, of all ages, that he associates with on a regular basis.

  2. public school::kids who know how to socialize

    home school::kids with no friends, also known at my school as the no friends club

    all these other answers are from the mother who homeschooled their kid, they dont realize how much of a loser their kid is, im a HS student, everybody thinks homeschooled kids are sheltered losers aho have no social life- and are still afraid to say the F word at age 14

  3. Public school :: factory

    Home school :: custom made

  4. Public school is to ditch digging as Homeschooling is to treasure hunting

    One is monotonous, unsightly, tedious, while the other is an exciting treasure hunt into learning.

  5. Public School :: Prison

    Homeschooling :: Amusement Park

    :-)

    That's what my son says.

  6. Public school: The cookies from a plastic sleeve that you buy at the discount store.

    Homeschool: Warm, fresh, home made cookies you make together.

  7. Dinner at a restaurant and dinner at home :D
