It may be considered a Species of fish but in that case I identify a member of the Grouper species (Goliath grouper and Gag grouper)

not terrestrial?  then you are looking for an animal that is not of this planet?  I don't know there, other than gremlins, godzilla, but they are, i guess terrestrial since they were on this planet...now i could name some that are of this planet, but that is not what you are looking for.
