a woman living in ancient roman times is working as a tailor. what is her salary in standard "roman money"?

  1. Wage back then would have been one or two denarius at most. It would have been considered skilled labored and if she was very well at her work, she might get paid more by the customers.


  2. The standard day's wage for an unskilled laborer or soldier was 1 denarius.  I would imagine it was somewhere comparable to this.
