What's an easy/cute country craft?

my moms into the country things. she goes to primitive blessings, a store in our town all the time. her birthday is next week and i dont have much money to buy her anything. i was going to make her something....it has to have a country look. what can i make?

If you have some canning jars around, scraps of fabric, and basic baking supplies, you can give her some recipe mixes--just fill the jars with the dry mix you make up (you can google recipes if you need to), cover the jars with some pretty fabric scraps and ribbon and use canning rings or ribbon or elastic bands to secure, and attach a paper card with instructions for completing the recipe (how many eggs/liquid to add, how to bake).
