what the first person said, except lifeguard.  You are not old enough for certification anyplace I know, and not big enough to drag a drowning adult from a pool.  

Also, add web design, if you have great computer skills; no-one really knows how old you are on the internet.  Just don't promise anything you can't actually do.  

A local kid in Pittsburgh started her own sugar and herb face scrub company; she does marketing, compounding, distribution, and everything.  Not easy, but very impressive.

If you are good with details, offering to e-bay items for people could be worthwhile.

If you are in an area where people dump a lot of good furniture, you could learn how to identify the good stuff, fix it up and sell it (ebay or craig's list).  Reuse is very "eco" and trendy, after all.

babysitting is a super-easy way. i'm a 13 y/o boy nd i've maid about 350 bucks so far over 2 years... its easier for younger kids because they sleep after watching tv or a movie for about 20 or 30 minutes in ur lap...

just the bathroom bit isn't pretty but you'll get used to it after about 5 times... kids closer to your age would be easier to understand what they're saying, but might not agree to everything that you tell them to do.

so if you're 12 then i think a 3 4 5 6 year olds are easiest... also maybe mowing the lawn of neighbors...
