What's an inexpensive fun 18th birthday?

My friend is turning 18 in a couple days, all our friends are either 18 or over 18, we wanna have fun either get drunk or get high, either way, inexpensive.

Too bad you can't get drunk or high

1. Your not old enough to drink

2. Abusing drugs is illegal

So you and your friends can have fun becoming alcoholics and pot heads

Buy a bunch of alcoholic drinks and drink mix, little umbrellas, and look up some recipes for margaritas or something.

Then have a party where you all make drinks and play drinking games

or just get a lot of cheap beer, and watch TV

do up a party in some1 's home.... and then give your friend a big suprize by buying wat he like or do wat he likes...

if he like naked party.... you can try....

well I guess drinks and smoke wont be inexpensive either :)... just have a couple of crazy friends and do all things crazy and it would be fun

do a cocktail party and make heaps (although very expensive) or you could make fishbowls. (put heaps of vodka or other spirit in a massive bowl along with strong cordial etc and sit around it with straws, gets u really drunk and you dont taste it although only have like 3 or 4 ppl per bowl.

make hashbrownies...always good.

oh...and dont do to much etc etc and be safe :)
