I was divorced about 15 months ago and all of that time I've had to pay alimony. When my ex-wife told me she was getting re-married, I had to pretend that it was a little upsetting, but I was actually ecstatic that I no longer had to pay alimony. I don't know if thats what you were looking for but its the first thing that came to mind.
