What's an interesting grad certificate to do go along with an BBA/MBA?

Looking for something that would enhance what i know, maybe make me more marketable. I was thinking maybe counseling, or real estate... something else? what do you think?

There are many certificate programs at most large universities.  Some are: urban studies (for those who need to interact with gov't on land use issues), international business, real estate, and many others.
