What's an online ESL Instructor?

I want to apply as as an Esl Instructor, i just want to know what's that online ESL Insturctor. I'm not that good in computer. I just want to know if i can also apply for it? And if ever what field in computer will i study to make it?

it has nothing to do with computers

to be an esl instructor though you have to have alot of patience
