I've had my i pod classic, 80 gb for 10 months and I hear something moving around inside it when I pick it up, that obviously can't be good... It freezes up all the time and I have to wit for it to run out of battery and then charge it up again. I really don't want to buy a new one. Will they let me return it or is that only within fourteen days? Then why does the box say 1 year limited warranty? I still have the box and all the papers and everything that came with it. I think a friend of mine said something about how he returned his ipod after he washed it in the washing machine and he had had it for at least 6 months.

  1. You have a one year warranty on your ipod by apple, not by the store you bought it from. If there is an apple store near you they will fix it or give you a brand new one. If there isnt go to apple.com and find their phone number, then call them and they will send you a box to send your ipod in. Once they recieve it they will fix it or give you a new one then send it back.I hope i helped

  2. If it's still under warranty, they will either repair or replace it. You should contact Apple support to get instructions.
