  1. sad but... none

  2. you technically have no rights under the age of 18.

Other than things like you have the right to not be abused, raped, Ect.

Oh you do have rights when it comes to being arrested though.

  3. Legal rights concerning what?  Mostly, if you still live at home with your parents, you have not rights unless they tell you that you have them.  If you are hanging with wild kids, get away from them before your life is ruined.  You have a lot of years ahead of you.  Never do anything you will be sorry for later.  Bad stuff hangs on forever and can keep you out of a good job, school, and many other things you have ahead of you.

  4. there are none

  5. You will have to be a little more specific.. It depends on the circumstances.

  6. your parents have total control, unless they are negligent or abusive

  7. Your question is too open for me to give you an accurate answer:

Commit a pity crime= juvenile jail

Commity a murder= might be trailed as an adult

    Cant smoke

    Cant Drive

As long as your a "child" your parents have full control of your life :)

  8. A 16-year-old by law is considered a child that is in care of and represented by its legal guardians, which usually are the parents! Anything of legal status and activities of daily life require the approval of the legal guardian!

So actually on her own the girl has no rights at all, with one exception: If the child is a victim of child abuse by the legal guardian the child can initiate actions against the abuser.

  9. Since you're referring to "wild":  Depending on the state, a female can consent to s*x with someone older (males usually have a higher age of consent).  Has some legal medical rights if she's pregnant.  Get caught up in drugs?  May or may not be get a break as a juvenile - depends on the state, the offense.  Be careful, not as much mercy for juvies as there used to be.

And not to sound like my Great-Aunt Tillie: You always have the right to say no.

  10. Depends on what you mean.  The parents are always restricted by the law on what they can do.  At 16 you have legal "Rights" to drop out of school (Which I don't recommend).  Also if a 16 year old has a job (A decent job) as well as a mature personage then they can request to be brought in front of a judge and recieve something call Emancipation.  This would allow the 16+ year old to be able to claim this and it would allow you to live in your own place assuming you had the correct work in place.

  11. The right to remain silent. And I suggest they use it if they are detained.

The right to a trial. The judge may declare them adults for the purpose of the trial.

    The right to an attorney.

  12. none at all

  13. I can tell from your question, I'm glad I don't know you.

  14. Legal to get a driver's permit and a license to drive in most states at 16 1/2.  You can be tried as an adult for serious offenses.  You are not legal to smoke or drink until older and have a curfew of 1:00 A.M. without a consenting adult

  15. driving and confidential medical advice or services. any questions related to s*x and diseases are kept between you and the physician.

  16. I think you get 2 changes of clothes, 3 meals a day, and a bathroom with a door.   And you can't be beat or sexually abused.   That's about it, besides someone committing a crime against you.

In some states a 16 year old can get married or divorce their parents and be announced an adult.

  17. 16 USED to be the legal driving age, but that's been taken away too. 16 year olds have very few rights outside of the constitutional basics. They can't drink, smoke, or purchase certain flammable materials.

  18. you can have s*x with people over 16 also. that is all i know of

  19. Whatever rights your parents give you until you're an adult.  Look up the constitution.

  20. well, in some states, your allowed to refuse medical help that you dont want.

  21. driving

  22. job; driving[;

  23. wait til you turn 18 to find that out
