What's average time for delivery from California to Toronto using USPS 1st Class?

I am expecting to receive a package (under 1lb) from Loleta, California (to Toronto, Ontario). I know that sometimes it varies but I was wondering what the average time generally is. I am also wondering how long can customs take? It was sent out a week ago. Thanks in advance.
