a bronze medal and still having your loved one alive, not dead on the streets of beijing, would be preferred.  random acts of violence occur on the streets of every city in the world, but the senseless murder of the relatives of a US coach are a shock... just like the fellow with the bomb in atlanta was.  

all the world's a stage... and all the world's watching.  what will we see?  i don't know, but i'll stay home with my loved one and pull for anyone who puts forth their best effort... where ever they call home.
