What's best for a pulled muscle?

I pulled my muscle in my calf yesterday, and today I woke up with the same pain as the day before. I have a big, important, soccer game tonight (a good 8 hours away) and I wanna know how I could stop this muscle from hurting even a little bit.

Is it better to stay off that muscle, or to keep on it?

    Soothe the pain with a little ice and get some rest. That's the proven way to ease a pulled muscle.


  2. just rest for 2-3 days and it should be ok put ice on it put ur legs up nd relax for abit
