  1. It's healthier, of course, to do a fake tan.  If you choose to do a fake tan get a professional airbrush spray tan.  They look the most natural and but last only about a week.  If you choose to do the real deal, go to a tanning bed but don't over do it.  Go 2 - 3 times a week and gradually build your tan.  Tanning beds are less harmful than the sun because they do not contain uv C rays (most harmful) where as the sun does.

  2. Neither.

    I like pale skin.

  3. fake tanning like lotions aren't going to give you wrinkles or skin cancer, using the sun or a tanning bed will, if you use lotions you will look better 20 years down the road.

  4. some tanning lotions may cause you to turn orange, or streaky. you may also miss spots and be dotty-ish.

on the other hand tanning in the sun is a lot more dangerous. you may get better results than lotions though.

  5. Fake tan = I think youre a fraud and should go drown yourself and die.

Sun tan = If the wrinkles when youre 40 dont kill your self image, the Skin cancer will kill you entirely.

The way I see it.  You lose both ways.

  6. as long a you use some sunsreen a real tan useing the sun just don't get burned and its a lot better for you

  7. Real tan is better. You may work harder for it, but it looks better, lasts longer, won't stain your clothes, also lightens your hair (i consider that a good thing), can give you something to do with your friends in the summer and more reasons that i can't think of. There is that whole cancer thing, but you just got to overlook that.

  8. As long as you find a good tanning lotion that doesn't make you look orange or anything, it should be fine. If you lay out in the sun make sure you protect your eyes and wear sunglasses, because the sun can damage your eyes just as well as it can damage your skin. Also, you should defidently wear a hat in the sun, because when the sun hits your head it speeds up your hair-loss rate.

  9. I live in Hawaii and I have a tan year round, but then again I don't know anyone who doesn't. The sun is harsh on my skin but I use very creamy, moisturizing lotion. I put ALOT on at night and put clothes over it so it really gets in my skin. As long as you take care of your skin and wear sunscreen real tans are the way to go.
