  1. oh come on girl, read the small print.

cleanser - deep cleans.  It is great for oily or dry skins and you have different cleansers for different skin types.  (Personally I used to use it when I had a teenage spell of fine pimples due to hormones etc but it soon went away cause I took extra precautions to deal with them...which was also amazing cause i was the only one in family who did not get acne, both my parents had had it when younger)

face wash is great if you can manage to do it twice a day, its refreshing however, if you have sensitive skin, avoid it.  Even if your skin is greasy, some facewash ingredients are just too hard on the skin.

Guess what I use...soap.  I started with dove when it was a bit of a craze at the time, and I never looked back.  It moisturizes without drying or making greasy.

The trick is to drink lots of water.  i mean it, this is the main thing about good skin.  DRINK 8 GLASSES (OR 2 LITRES) per day.  Alternatively, drink a cup of hot water with teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon honey and you'll see that some of the bad skin problems are "flushed out" of your system.  Lots of junk foods, greasy foods, peanuts / nuts, red meat, chocolate and other such refined foods are the ROOT causes of bad skin.

Trying to treat it on the outside is like putting a plaster on a bullet wound.  The bullet has to be removed see, in order for healing to start taking place.

Try eating pure foods like fish, fruit, vegetables and so on.

Treat your face (wash it at least 2x daily) but don't overdo it.

    Good luck

  2. Cleanser.

Facial wash drys your skin up.

  3. I think cleanser cause you can strip away all the dirt and see it whereas face wash is just like rubbing in soap on your face and personally I think it removes hardly any dirt and leaves my face dry =|

  4. Face wash is better - if you're looking for great results regardless of how 'dry' your skin is afterwards.

Yes the trick is to drink more water too - it helps.

  5. Facial Cleanser is mostly for people with oily skin, because it takes away oil and all the dirt that's blocking pores. It cleanses your face.

However, a wash only washes your face, and it doesn't clean down deep.

Both are excellent, but i prefer a cleanser because it really cleans my face from the roots and makes it shine.
