China is a historical landmark that holds mysterious history

Japan is a modern place that never looses it's historical culture

(Both according to me)

Sushi-the raw,tangy and fishy food of The Land of the rising Sun

Dumpling-the steamed,tasty and meaty of the Chinese Dynasties

You can pick both,'cause i just love them both!

  1. it depends on weather I'm in a hot food mood or a cold food mood.

    But they are both good!


  2. i don't think its a question of whats better two different culters two different foods both are good to those who like them

  3. Sushi or Dim Sum?  Apples and Oranges.

    Good sushi is high priced gourmet food using the most expensive cuts of fresh fish and shell fish.  Average meal costs about $100 per person at a good restaurant.

    Dim Sum is Chinese comfort food/fast food, inexpensive (about $10-20 per person) and delicious.  You just can't beat the Chinese when it comes to delivering high quality food at reasonable prices.

  4. Agreed as do I!  Both!  But nothing beats a Japanese steak house!  Now what are your thoughts on Kimchi?  We are stationed in Korea right now and eat a lot of it.

  6. Well i like Sushi better because you have so many options with it you do not have to stick to just one.

  8. Both, because each has its own unique flavors. And there is also a japanese version of dumplings, its called gyoza, but if in china it is steamed, in japan, it is fried. But whatever, as long as its edible, its aroma is good and it looks good. Its good food.

  12. It's really hard to compare the two since they're really quite different.  

    Personally, I enjoy a good dumpling better than sushi, and this is from someone who's lived in Japan and had some really good sushi.  

    But there is something about the satisfaction associated with a really great dumpling that is just out of this world.

    If you're eating, Dumplings.

    ( I can't get over that whole Raw thing.)
