I prefer chicken.  I think turkey is a little bland and dry.  Chicken has more flavor and can be cooked so many ways!

I prefer chicken, but it is really up to you. I think chicken is more tender and soft to turkey. Chicken is healthy with the skin peeled off and it has protien. Try both and see the one you like better. Everybody had different opinions!

Definitely chicken, not really a big fan of turkey, but I don't hate it.

I love them both! There are plenty of ways to cook both of them and as for turkey, I cook mine in a bag sealed shut, it always comes out really moist that way or deep fry it. You can eat turkey in more ways then just at Thanksgiving. It doesn't really matter what I'm cooking but I add meat tenderizer! That is my secret ingredient to all my meats.

I prefer duck or goose, but between those two...chicken cause you can do it in different tasty ways, but turkey is few unless you get a wild turkey
