Hydrogen on demand for automobiles as advertized on that web site is not viable.  Hydrogen is an energy carrier, not a source.  It takes energy to have an "on demand" system.  This energy would be put to more efficient use by simply using it directly in an electric motor.

If these energy on demand systems really worked, you could get rich simply by attaching a generator to the drive wheels of your car and putting power back onto the grid while only adding more water to your car.  They are a scam.
