What's better for a laptop? Choose only one.?

Intel turbo cache 1 GB

or

Raid 0 disk striping 2x 320 GB

or

Ageia PhysX card

Turbo cache is pretty much worthless

RAID 0 is only going to effect hard drive preformance

PhysX is as gimmicky as it comes and is next to worthless as it removes frame rate in games to give you unreal levels of debris (woohoo or lame)

So if i had to pick one i would RAID the hard drives, but realize that if one of your drives fail you lose ALL of your data as the array is worthless with out both drives being operational.

Turbo memory is useless due to the fact it doenst work.  For the past year and a half all intel has managed to do with turbo memory is to cause more problems from the people unfortunate enough to be stuck with it.

With the 2.0 4gb capable drivers it "MIGHT" work this time around, or it could be another 400 dollar extra blown for NO gain and usually more often than not alot of head aches
