  1.   The best way to mount stamps that have some value is with hingless albums, the next best way is to use Scott or Showtime mounts in an album, a stock book is more for transport and storage for sale, and to allow inspection for sale, not for storage as a collector or long term storgae. For my none, collection stamps I use stock pages that mount as pages into llittle albums and use them to trade and sell to other collectors. these are sold in most stamp collector mags. and are a good way to keep stamps used by most dealers at shows.
