I do 2 laps warm up, 3 miles run, 2 laps cool down everyday. I'm wondering would it be better to run 2 days then take 1 day off and repeat or should I go 5 days run and weekend 2 days off?Also how much is too much when it comes to running? I'm trying to get up to 5 miles a day... so whats the max a person should do?btw I'm 5'8 140.
