  2. I did both when I was younger. I stuck with swimming.

    Gymnastics is fun, but for me I didn't feel like I was getting as much exercise as I do with swimming. Don't get me wrong, gymnasts are really strong and all, but I personally enjoy the swimming workouts much more. Plus, the meets are so fun and you're less likely to get injured.

  3. gymnastics by farrr...more muscle and more fun to watch and so interesting, and more fun to do...i think...plus you get really flexible!

    if your talking about just for fun thou I pick swimming, more tan, and i actually have done that b4 haha

  4. gymnastics will get you a totally rock hard body. Swimming will tone your entire body and increase heart capacity as well as lung capacity. Depending on what you are hoping to achieve, you choose.

    my lil sister is a swimmer & gymnast & she is really fit.

    I think the gymnastics was better for her fitness tho.

    Swimming is probably a lot easier to learn to do.

    Many gymnasts start at a very young age so once you hit ur mid teens or so i think it would be hard to start (cuz u wud b training with 5-10year olds)
