  1. Sure sounds like bad connections on one of the low voltage regulators....

    Loss of color 1st....THEN shutdown....most likely the 12v or 9v supply is dropping out.


  2. Needs repair shop time. Is the warranty still in force don't waste ant time

  3. i faced a similar problem once.It is probably caused by the

    overheating of the transformer inside the DVD player.
