Question:

What's causing my zune device to not play music?

The thing is, my collection on my computer works perfectly, but I am unable to listen to my device anymore..And also, one time I was charging my zune to my computer, and it said that there was an error and it needed to delete all the music on my device.. Could someone please give me some helpful information? THANKS SO MUCH! :D

  1. Check to make sure that the headphones work and that they are making a complete connection. If the headphones work and the Zune is still under warranty then call Microsoft. That is a problem for them to handle.
