Well first you'd have to say what age range you're in. I'm assuming you're in your 20s or 30s. There are many ways to meet people in Barbados. The men are extremely friendly but you have to very careful cause some are only interested in that one thing. If you're trying to meet people you could try going to Sheraton Centre or any of the local clubs like Club Xtreme, Club NXS, Reggae Lounge etc.

If you're younger than you're 20s then you could probably try meeting people at the cinema, Olympus Theatres at Sheraton Centre.

Bajan men are great at sweet talk but like all men you have to be wary cause u might not be the only one they're currently interested in. But there are some that are genuine and honest.

It'd help if you made female friends here first who could warn you about which men to avoid. As we are a small population its quite easy to find someone who knows someone else.

I guess your coming here to work so you could try asking your colleagues which social spots they frequent and which ones to avoid.
