Personally I like fords because that's what I had my whole life. Plus any chevy person I've talked too, talk down fords so bad that it ain't even funny. I mean maybe drive one and you'll like'em. What chevy people say- Awww fords suck, they're always breaking down.... Well chevys break down too. I actually see chevys in the shop more than I do a ford. Ford to me is first on race day and chevy is S****y or shitrolet. Oh and there's one more thing. There's a video on youtube that compares a ford f150, chevy silverado, and toyota tundra I think. Well anyways the f150 one at having a better suspension and smoother ride. Just type in ford, chevy, and toyota and click on the video at the very top, which it should be the first one.

  1. Ford.  owned quite a few really good fords, every GM I ever bought was c**p.

  2. Ford

  3. Depends on your preference. I like both. Ford do tend to have a smoother ride on the road but Chev's tend to hold up better off roading. We have a farm and use ford chev and dodge. the ford seem to get stuck more then the chev or dodge. the dodge tend to wear tires faster. not much bad to say about the Chevy's. I do like the one ton dully ford for hauling the horse trailer smoother ride. its what ever you want. Here's one for you G.M.C. Got a Mechanic Coming. Enjoy your choice.

  4. I was right in the middle of the whole ford thing for a while...I owned a 91 Z28 and an 88 Mustang 5.0 at the same time.  The z28 handled 10x better, was way more stylish and a lot more sporty/comfortable.  The 5.0 [sounded like it] had balls.  It was mildly built and was a 5 speed so it had a way different fun factor to it.  It was loud, got a lot of compliments and was overall a raw car but it handled really S****y, it was just awkward to sit in(like too far up and ford escort-like), it didn't look nearly as good(sorry, all fox bodies are poor in comparison to a third gen firebird/camaro), and it just didn't have that "value-added" feel to it.  My camaro felt like a camaro and that's it.  The mustang felt like it had parts from 10 other cars in it.  Sold them both to get a bike lol.

But alas, I like em both.  I'd love to get my hands on an 03-04 cobra but on the flipside, chevy makes badass LSx engines that pretty much own any town you go to.  Built LSx cars are pretty much as raw as they get.  Takes a bit more to get those 4.6ers going like the 5.7 chevy...pushrod or not.  As for trucks, I dunno.  I'm not a trucker but I would think either would get the job done.  Dodge has the upper hand with the cummins turbo diesel imo.

Brand loyalty doesn't pay.  It's lame as h**l to go "ford rulz chevy droolz."  It's just a car company and either one would s***w you over given the opportunity.

  5. well Gm cars are way more stylish than ford COME ON FORD CROWN VIC ARE YOU SERIOUS. LINCOLN TOWN CAR NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED PLUS FORD IS JUST LEAVING MERCURY TO FALL IN ON ITSELF AND ROT. NOTHING NEW IN YEARS BESIDE THE EDGE AND FLEX. COME ON THAT'S THE BEST YOU GOT. GM CARS ARE AT LEAST NOT BORING PLASTIC SHELLS (FORD EDGE) Plus Mustang fans watch out for the new 09 camaro. ford fan or not you know that thing means business

  6. It is not a matter of which one is better or worse because there both good trucks. It all depends on what you like. I owned a 95 f250 powerstroke since 95 it has 250 K and it still rocks. I recently bought a 2008 f250 powerstroke. This truck kicks **** over any Chevy.
