What's faster? 4GHz single processor or 2GHz dual processor?

4Ghz Processor does egsist though its hard to find and that it is the fastes but can crash you pc some thimes.... and 2Ghz should only be used for certain PCs

Well, recently, a multicore cell processor has been made that is even able to top 4 GHz. Depending on your usage, and the cache that the processor has, either one could be better.
