What's fun to do in Singapore when it's raining?

I'm talking about the heavy, tropical rain and activities which a mixed group of 19-23 years old can do which doesn't include bars (that's self-evident!) Most events here seen to be outside so I'm at a loss of what to do?!

apart from the activities the others have suggested, you can also go to a board games cafe such as Settlers Cafe or Pitstop. This can make a fun indoor group activity. If you have a big group, it's better to make reservations though.
