I was 97 pounds a week ago when I weighed myself, today I weighed myself again and I'm 94 pounds...What's going on? I didn't even try to lose weight! I weighed myself today around the same time of day I did last week.Can someone please explain what's going on? I'm 5'7 and I don't want to keep on losing weight or people will think I'm malnourished! Thank you in advance!
