What's going on at McCowan and 401 today? I just looked out my window and saw a 20-seater bike on the street!

I live near McCowan/401, close to Scarborough Town Centre. I just looked out my window this morning and saw about 15-20 people sitting on a red 20 seater bike, riding it on the main road. There was a cop car in front of the large bike and also one behind it. The bike had Canadian flags on it, and the bike-riders were cheering. What is that for? Why are they riding that large bike?

The Heart and Stroke Foundation has a 'big bike' that corporations and companies can use in their charity drives.  It is a way to get people participating, and can be fun.
