What's going to happen if i crush a sleeping pill and snort it?

You will fall asleep.  The medication will get into your system slightly faster than if you were to swallow the pill whole.  

Better change into your jammies first.  :)

You will nonetheless "SLEEP!"  but it will be absorbed faster and the medication will wear off sooner than if taken in pill form.
