Cuba is a sovereign nation state, and whatever she does should not worry America. If America kept its nose out of other nations' affairs, the world would be a more peaceful place.

Exactly who is Russia protecting with anti-ballistic missiles in Cuba? Cuba? It actually is considered an Act of War by Russia in America. There is no ballistic missile threat in the Americas. Such as in the Middle East by Iran.

LOL. You are so sly!!! Yes, the Cubans are terrified of the Iranians so they have to ask for a missile shield !  Maybe if they promise to wipe

Washington, DC off the map, they can get one ?  More likely, it would be Miami, anyway where Cubans  in their 80's dream about the good old days in Havana with  the mob and Bautista with his torture apparatus and his big Swiss bank accounts and who occasionally either drop a bomb on Havana or bomb a plane full of Cubans which of course the press in the USA does not report as terrorism.
