  1. he'll be a backup somewhere. possibly Detroit?

  2. If Miller goes he will be in the Buff.

Let's not forget Washington, Ollie is gone now and Huet is up in the air still I think.

  3. My guess is he'll end up in the Russian league.  He'd be a starting goalie there and paid a pretty penny to do it.  The NHL just didn't work out for Holmqvist, mostly due to the fact that he was a goalie in Tampa Bay.

  4. I think that he'll continue his role as a backup goaltender but I think that he'd like to stay in the Western Conference because there is a better chance of getting a stronger team there. Only time will tell!

  5. He is welcome to go anywhere he wants.. JUST not DETROIT! Holland would never do that.

Jimmy Howard with no experience is a better goalie than Johan with his experience.

BTW- why wouldnt Dallas sign him if he wants to take a cut in pay... he knows how the team works now  and TURCO plays 70 games a season anyway! They dont have anyone else for a backup.
