    Hello ~OceanRose~

My Yahoo! technology is not really new science but it's new to the portal. With it's arrival members en masse are making their collective voice heard about the technology, which  came with bugs and hiccups.

My Yahoo! has begun to utilize RSS which allows users to have live, dynamic, flowing information 24 hours a day.

RSS feeds are revolutionizing the Bookmark concept, by allowing customzied homepages for the viewer.

You can build rich, diverse My Yahoo! pages.  For example, folks who track the weather can build a separate My Yahoo page that includes Yahoo!s weather and utilizing RSS feeds from websites suited to their interests and not the general public.  This is 180 degrees from what portals have traditionally provided.  It's all about YOU now!

RSS feeds "bring the news to you".  They are nothing more than shortcuts added to your page that appear as modules.  Weather.com provides a huge RSS collection that you can arrange any way you like, on your My Yahoo! page.

As Yahoo! works through the bugs and as browsers and operating systems improve, they will come together for the finest experience. Soon no one will remember the bumpy ride they had to travel to get there.

What's good about the new My Yahoo! (formerly called Beta) ?  Users just like you keep giving feedback and it makes Yahoo! life better for everyone. I want to say THANK YOU!

    Best wishes,

    pup
