What's good fuel before swimming 6am in the morning?

i just joined a gym and i decided to start swimming early in the morning a few lapse a week. what's good fuel before swimming?

  1. Aside of a good breakfast?  

    What is it you're aiming for?  Strength?  Weight loss?

    If you're aiming for strength, definitely eat a good breakfast in the morning at least an hour before you hit the pool.  Oatmeal, fruit, even a protein shake would be great.

    If you're just looking for a quick boost of energy, try this energy drink called "Endorush" , they sell them at the gym.  Only drink about 1/4 of the bottle in a single sitting.  That's more than enough energy for a great workout.


  2. If you are doing a real good exercise i would wait to eat after working out to reduce the chances of making your self sick. But if you need to eat try something small like a energy bar.
