  1. Veggie BBQ skewers are great

[1] Chop tofu into medium sized cubes, marinate over night (I’m using Thai yellow curry).

[2] Chop veggies medium/large pieces (I like capsicum, squash, mushroom, zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, red onions)

[3] Stick veggies & tofu on skewer

[4] BBQ for a few minutes

[5] Serve with salad, leb bread or what ever you like.

  2. I usually cook my veggie burgers on a George Foreman grill.  For an outdoor grill, get veggie kabobks, marinated portabello mushrooms, cobs of corn, etc.  If you're cooking with smaller items, get a grill basket to prevent food from sticking or falling through.

  3. Portabello Mushroom burgers... love love love

you can also get meat subsitute skewers:)

  4. What country you in?

if australia you can use any of the sanitarian frozen range.

  5. We use boca burgers on the grill.  The cooking time for the grill is on the box..it does not take long.  We also like to marinate squash, onion and peppers and grill those too.
