What's great about being a new Mom,did it change your outlook in life ?

I am 32 yrs. old and Im a new mom to our 26 days old son. i used to be a career woman and used to purchase everything that i could afford. But now, Im planning to be a stay at home mom and just to be a good wife and try to be a cool mom.

What is great about being a new mom and what are the things i should look forward now that i have my boy ? To be honest, its pretty overwhelming having a newborn without any maid close relatives nearby. My husband works everyday and comes home around 7. He is quite supportive and would help around the house and with the baby. No problem with him.

Anyhow, just want some support or uplifting words.thanks and appreciate it.

honestly, your baby just needs love and attention. thats all. when you child gets older remember that although it may be fun to be that parent that is the best friend you also need to put your foot down. you'll do great. you'll be able to sit back and watch as your  child grows into a young adult! think of how amazing it would be to see the many mile stones that you will have and not miss one!! good luck!!

Being a new mom is great!  You get to see the world in a whole new light!  Holidays will be as exciting to you now as they were when you were a kid.  Everything is new and interesting when seen through the eyes of a child.  My son is 7 months old and I am a stay at home mom.  Everyday he seems to do something new.  Oh, and when that little one smiles at you...it melts your heart!  Babies are overwhelming at times, but they are so worth it!  They grow so fast, so enjoy every day, hour and minute you have with your son!  Love him unconditionally, because that's how he loves you!
