What's happened to the Golf Channel?

Its disappeared from SKY. Been on to the website but no info on the channel closing down (or I couldn't find it!!)

Still have it on Direct TV and its cool because they have some tournaments in HD on 604 Sweet !!!!!

It was taken off the air in GB&I for lack of interest.

I believe TGC is owned by FOX.  It wouldn't surprise me to see it taken off in the States if they continue with the infomercials and the Big Break.

The only Golf channel I know of is Setanta Golf. This is available on Virgin TV and I assume Sky.

i too noticed it had gone but like you said no one said it was going, looks like i am going to have to get sultana for my golf fix now :( another £10 a month. This post is From U.K for anyone replying from U.S.A.

we have comcast normal cable in houston texas and its channel 32.
