Im fifteen and going through puberty. So is it natural to gain weight like crazy?! Is it natural that i eat only like a bajillion (5 a day atleast) meals a day?? I get these odd cravings and i cant help but make sure i eat whatever it may be. I can suddenly want pizza or two burritos and i end up eating both! Im not sure how to describe it but i can fill myself up but the moment i find another tasty meal my body automatically convinces itself that there's still room and eats its all up. Its almost as if i unwillingly force myself to eat more than i can take just for the taste and its changed my diet drastically and over such a short period of time. :/
