Omae = you (from superior to inferior like parent to child)

wa = topic particle

esa = food (especially used to refer to food for animals or bait)

da = informal form of desu

Kore kara = from this moment

omae wo = you plus direct obect particle

kuu = to eat

You are feed (or perhaps bait depending upon the rest of the story). Now I'm going to eat you.
