When a hormone secreting gland is removed from body --there is shortage of that particular hormone in the body.So many vital functions of that hormone are obstructed .So the reequired hormone is given in form of Tabs / injections.

Removal of Ovaries-->Oestrogen & progesteron.

Removal of Pancreas--> Inj. Insulin etc.
