What's in the hot wing sauce at American Deli??

Question

I love american deli hot wings the food chain is in Georgia mostly atlanta and surrounding areas...Does anybody know what they put in the sauce they use to coat the hot wings with it is the bomb please i need to know...? And i'm refering to the "hot" as the flavor

ITS MOSTLY HOT SAUCE ITS THEIR OWN HOT SAUCE WITH MORE VINEGAR IN THE SAUCE IT COMES IN MILD, HOT, EXTRA HOT. MORE STARCH IS ADDED FOR A THICKER SAUCE NOT BUTTER.

I've been able to almost duplicate their recipe...but not quite there yet. What I do use Frank's original Hot Sauce, melt some butter in a pot and boil the hot sauce in butter. After that, I season it with lemon pepper, salt and extra black pepper. I use other seasoning for more flavor, but those won't help you.

No, its not that, and no its not a simple combination, try them! they taste unlike any other hot wing sauce I've ever had.

It's a company secret, Their bags of sauce aren't labeled. The store owner orders them in bulk from American deli headquarters.
