What's included in tutorfox SAT guide?

I just ordered it for $10.00. What is included in it? Is it worth it? Are there practice tests? thanks!

I bought it last year to help me for the SATs, and I liked the tutorfox guide a lot. It was shorter (cut directly to the chase) than a lot of other bulky guides, and best of all it was all online. it didn't have any practice tests, but explained how to go about answering all the SAT questions.
